MBA Master of Business Administration
UCN offers a variety of OTHM Level 7 diploma qualifications in combination with the UCN MBA degree.
Graduates of the OTHM Level 7 diploma will pass a final examination by UCN and will earn the MBA dgree in the given specialisation.
Online MBA programme.
The MBA curriculum consists of 60 ECTS credits of postgraduate study, offered as modular fashion. MBA-candidates complete required modules/courses (Level 7 Diploma), accredited by OTHM, validated by UCN for the MBA in ghe given specialisations:

Combining two English recognised regulated qualification at Master level with two UCN MBA´s Master of Business Administration degrees with a Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University university own postgraduate degree DBA Doctor of Business Administration.
UCN European Programmes is an OTHM approved centre for the provision of UK OFQUAL recognised and accredited OTHM Level 7 RQF (EQF) regulated qualification and offers the combined Level 7 Diploma (OTHM) and Master of Business Administration MBA (UCN) study opportunity.
The Level 7 Diploma (OTHM) is a recognised English qualification at postgraduate level. Postgraduate diplomas are taught courses at level 7 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) - the same level as Masters degrees.

Once the student has earned the two MBA degrees, credits will count for the executive taught DBA by Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University, to be completed by means of final examination by a joint faculty committee.
The award requires 120 ECTS credits at postgraduate level.
The Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University university own degree is a partial qualification according to Art. 160 of Polish University Law 2018 and regulated in the system of higher education in Poland at the postgraduate level.

The programme can be completed within four semesters, depending on pace of candidate.
Admission requirements: At least a Bachelor degree. Plus the respective OTHM admission requirements.

UCN PhD in Business Administration in combination with OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (or other applicable Level 7 Diploma)
Combining an English recognised regulated qualification at postgraduate level with the UCN PhD by thesis in Business Administration.
UCN European Programmes has applied for accreditation by OTHM as approved centre for the provision of UK OFQUAL recognised and accredited OTHM Level 7 RQF (EQF) regulated qualification and will offer the combined Level 7 Diploma in e.g. Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (OTHM) and PhD in Business Administration (UCN).
Postgraduate level programmes of OTHM: Level 7 diplomas are taught programmes on the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). They also sit on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) at level 7 which is equivalent to DF-EHEA second cycle qualifications, comparable to Master level of study. OTHM qualifications at level 7, represent knowledge, skills and competencies that are recognised in academic terms as being comparable level to Master Degrees and Vocational Qualifications at Level 7. OTHM Qualifications, known as OTHM, is an OFQUAL recognised awarding organisation with Recognition Number: RN5284. The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) is a non-ministerial government department with jurisdiction in England independent of government and reporting directly to Parliament, and regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England, maintaining standards and confidence in qualifications in England. OFQUAL is responsible for making sure that (i) regulated qualifications reliably indicate the knowledge, skills and understanding students have demonstrated; (ii) assessments and exams show what a student has achieved; (iii) people have confidence in the qualifications that OFQUAL regulates; (iv) students and teachers have information on the full range of qualifications that OFQUAL regulates.
Progressions
Learners completing the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (e.g.) can progress to the research dissertation phase of the PhD programme of UCN as university partner to submit a research proposal for PhD.
The qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
Research and Dissertation phase with UCN
The UCN PhD in Business Administration is a full third cycle doctor level qualification according to Nicaraguan higher education laws. Candidates must meet all requirements of UCN for research PhD degree awards.

The UCN PhD by research dissertation requires the submission of a research project proposal according to the guidelines, the independent implementation of a research project and the editing of the research report (thesis or dissertation) according to the guidelines, including a summary of the thesis in article format according to the guidelines, and the presentation of the thesis via viva-voce online defence. The complete programme requires 180 ECTS credits.

Modality and Objectives:
Online programme suitable for busy professionals anywhere. The programme is not synchronous and can be started at any time of the year.
The regular PhD curriculum consists of 180 ECTS credits of postgraduate study, offered as modular fashion. MBA-candidates complete required modules/courses (60 ECTS credits), plus for the PhD a final Thesis/Dissertation (120 ECTS credits) focused on a specific field or industry of management.
The modular PhD in Business Administration programme has as a general aim of provision of an academically rigorous education designed to develop skills, expertise, knowledge and vision to enable students, whatever their chosen route, to be critical, analytical and creative. The programme aims to provide opportunity for self-development in relation to career enhancement and as life-long learners.
The programme offers students the opportunity to develop their own capabilities, skills and competencies within a supported environment.
Admission requirements:
Bachelors degree or graduate degree (for the MBA admission), Bachelors degree (3 years) plus a Masters degree (MBA), Bachelors degree plus a Postgraduate qualification at level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework or reflecting a minimum of 240 ECTS credits. While no TOEFL or EFL score is required, English proficiency is required for the programme. Students need to be able of conducting independent research and scientific writing of the doctoral thesis.
Duration of the programme:
3 years fulltime.
Degree requirements: 180 ECTS credits
Students need to earn 60 ECTS credits (1 study year) for the award of the MBA.
Candidates need to pass research courses and submit and defend (online) a thesis in the extent of 120 ECTS credits (PhD thesis).
Credits transfer:
Students can apply for credits transfer from any second study year of a Master programme in Business Administration, Management or related concentrations, applicable to the study plan, to the MBA curriculum. No credits can be transferred to the PhD or thesis. Thesis by scientific publications may be approved individually.
